What Our Patients say about Val

Really thought I was heading for knee replacement surgery ….bag was packed and hospital date on the Horizon. When my GP suggested physio I had nothing to loose. 4 sessions later with Val at Craighall Road what a difference ….pain free and hospital no longer needed. Can’t thank Val enough for her care , understanding and patience . Brilliant

MP

‘Magic Val’ fixed my neck! As a fitness professional I’m very fussy about physiotherapy. I recently moved to Physis, and Val has been absolutely brilliant. From our first consultation (in a big airy practice space), I felt safe, reassured… and best of all, repaired! Thank you Val and the team at Physis, this Personal Trainer is very happy with your service. Highly recommended!

Tracy Griffin

I would highly recommend Physis Physiotherapy. I was treated by Val, who listened carefully to my symptoms, was very professional and hands on with her approach and her suggestions for easing my pain were spot on. She’s quite a ‘no nonsense’ kind of person – an approach I very much appreciated – and offered excellent advice on how to move forward with my exercise regime alongside my physio treatment. At each appointment she took the time to explain what she was doing, why she was doing it and always suggested best methods of managing pain whilst helping repair the injury. After 5 sessions my pain is very much improved and now it’s over to me to keep going with the exercises to continue to progress. Many thanks to Val! Excellent service!
