Working within different health boards and settings as MSK and Hand Physiotherapist within the NHS I have gained valuable experience in assessing, diagnosing and treating a wide range of musculoskeletal and sports-related injuries. Throughout my career, I have developed a passion for empowering patients and enhancing their outcomes with evidence-based treatments and rehabilitation techniques.

My valuable experience within the NHS has provided me with exposure to complex orthopaedic and musculoskeletal cases as well as the opportunity to work with a diverse population group. Varying from athletes seeking to return to sport to individuals recovering from surgery or chronic conditions.

A significant area of interest in my practice that I’m drawn to is upper limb rehabilitation. The intricate nature of the upper limbs biomechanics anatomical complexity and its vital role in daily life continues to inspire my ongoing learning and professional development into this area of physiotherapy.

I am committed to expanding my knowledge and skills which is driven by my passion for learning and staying updated with the latest research and techniques. This commitment to life long learning allows me to provide my patients with the most effective and evidence-based practice treatment and I am excited to make a meaningful impact on my patients rehabilitation journey and life.
