Dan Da Costa

Originally from South Africa, I am a fully qualified biokineticist/exercise physiologist and sports massage therapist. I have had the opportunity to work with a vast amount of clients, all from different backgrounds with different needs which has given me the opportunity to become adaptable and improve my knowledge on dealing with and helping clients improve their overall health. 

As a highly motivated biokineticist, sports scientist and massage therapist, I am passionate about helping people achieve their full potential as well as increase their overall health and well being. With my background in anatomy and human physiology, I am well equipped in understanding specific problems at hand and finding the best possible solutions to aid in improving them. 

I am a friendly, outgoing individual who is very passionate about my work and would love to help anyone who is in need!
